How we handle your details
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and get out to your property, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we store your name, email address, the company or property you named, the type of work you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to reply to you, to schedule a visit if you want an estimate, and to keep a record of how the job started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twenty-four months. If we do work for you, the enquiry is kept with the rest of your job record for as long as we are maintaining or servicing the property, and it is deleted whenever you ask us to.
Asking us to delete it
Email getinfo@nexttonature.biz and we will remove your details from our enquiry records and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run only tell us which pages and services get looked at, in aggregate, and cannot identify an individual visitor.
